1. Agreement to Terms

Watry Ventures LLC provides coaching, advisory, and educational services, including but not limited to one-on-one coaching, group programs, workshops, digital courses, and related materials (collectively, the "Services"). The specific scope, deliverables, duration, and pricing of each Service are described at the point of purchase or in a separate service agreement.

Our Services are intended to provide guidance and support. They do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or personal outcome. Results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and many factors outside our control.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use our Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Purchases and Payment

Prices for Services are listed at the point of purchase and are subject to change. When you purchase a Service, you agree to pay all stated fees. Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to make each scheduled payment on time. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension of access to the Service until the account is current.

All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By purchasing, you agree to the terms of the applicable processor.

5. SMS / Text Message Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Watry Ventures LLC. The types of messages you may receive include appointment, call, and booking reminders and notifications; quiz results and related follow-up; account and service-related alerts; program updates and information; and promotional offers and marketing messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Refund Policy

Because our Services involve immediate access to proprietary materials and dedicated time, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. If you have entered into a payment plan, you remain responsible for the full balance regardless of usage or completion.

Where a specific Service includes its own refund or cancellation terms, those terms will govern that Service.

6. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

For Services that include scheduled sessions, our cancellation and rescheduling policy will be provided at booking. Missed sessions without adequate notice may be forfeited. Specific notice windows will be communicated in your booking confirmation or service agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within our Services, including frameworks, methodologies, course materials, workbooks, recordings, text, graphics, logos, and the trademarks associated with our programs, is owned by or licensed to Watry Ventures LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own personal and internal business use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, republish, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written consent.

8. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. Our Services are advisory in nature. You retain full responsibility for the choices you make in your business and personal life, including financial, legal, and operational decisions. We are not your attorney, accountant, financial advisor, or therapist, and our Services are not a substitute for professional advice in those fields.
