Say it plainly, this question works best without softening it.

The Power Pivot requires you to be honest about what you want -- not what makes sense on paper, not what is safe, not what other people expect. It requires willingness to examine the identity you've built around your current role and consider that your next chapter may look completely different from what came before. How ready are you for that conversation; and what feels most vulnerable about it? *

"'I'm terrified that what I want doesn't exist yet' is a more useful answer than 'I'm totally ready.'"

Answer both sides -- the contrast is the point.
